What the scan looks at
We go through three things. First the phone: how many calls come in outside office hours, and what happens to the missed ones today? Then follow-up: how many quotes and requests sit there because nobody chases them. And finally the admin — receipts, work orders, invoices and receivables, the work that happens at the kitchen table in the evening.
Who this is for
For small and medium-sized businesses in the Netherlands and Flanders where the owner still answers the phone: installers, construction, handyman firms, cleaning, practices and service businesses with one to fifty people. If you're larger and already run a call centre or a properly configured CRM, this probably isn't the cheapest route — and I'll say so.
When to just phone instead
The form is fine for an exploratory question, but not for anything urgent. If you're midway through moving your phone system, a campaign has to go live tomorrow, or somebody rings claiming to represent us when you weren't expecting it — use the number at the bottom of the page. Worth knowing either way: we never make unsolicited calls, so an unannounced sales call on behalf of Surge Agent does not exist. If you doubt whether a message really came from us, check the sender domain: everything we send comes from surgeagent.dev.

What exactly is an AI workflow scan?
A 30 to 45 minute video call in which we walk through your working day at the points where requests arrive: the phone, email, WhatsApp and the form on your site. By the end you know which step costs you the most time or revenue, and whether a bot exists for it or not.
How quickly do I get a reply to this form?
Within one working day, and in practice usually the same day. You get a confirmation by email right after sending; if it doesn't arrive, check your spam folder before sending again.
Do I need to know what I want already?
No. Most requests start with "the phone rings too often" or "I never get round to my admin". That's enough to work with — which product fits is exactly what the scan is for.
Can I just call or message instead?
Yes — the number is at the bottom of every page and WhatsApp reaches the same phone. The form has one advantage: you can describe the situation in your own words, so the conversation doesn't start from zero.
Do you work outside the Netherlands?
Flanders certainly — same language, same rates, and connecting a Belgian phone number is no extra work. Beyond that it depends: building a bot that speaks German or French is straightforward, but I'd first want to know who answers the questions it hands over, because that person needs to speak the language too.
What happens to my details?
I use them to answer your request and nothing else. No newsletter you didn't ask for, no reselling to third parties. Exactly what is stored and for how long is set out in the privacy statement.
