Pick a time that suits you

Thirty minutes, video call, no strings attached. We walk through how your business works today — phone, quotes, admin — and you hear right away where the biggest wins are. Even if you never buy anything.

Rather ask something first? Send your question through the contact form.

What happens in those thirty minutes

  1. 01

First ten minutes: how it runs today

You talk me through how work arrives — phone, email, WhatsApp, the form on your site — and who responds to it. I mostly dig into the moments where it breaks down: what happens when you're under a sink and the phone rings, and who picks up the request that lands at quarter past seven in the evening?

  2. 02

Second ten minutes: where it leaks

We work that out together. How many calls you miss in an average week, how many quotes sit there without an answer, how many hours a month disappear into receipts and invoices. Usually one number comes out of that which is bigger than expected, and that number decides whether automating is worth it at all.

  3. 03

Last ten minutes: what to do about it

I tell you which product I'd start with, what it costs and — just as important — what it won't fix. Often that's one thing rather than the whole bundle; a voicemail bot at €79 a month is enough to find out whether this works for your business.

What to prepare

Nothing. No presentation, no digging up figures, no logins to have ready. If you roughly know off the top of your head how often the phone rings, that's enough to say something useful. The only handy thing is sitting somewhere you can talk freely — it's a video call, but camera off is completely fine.

And afterwards

Within one working day you get a short email with what we discussed and what it would cost, in plain sentences rather than a twelve-page quote. If you want to go ahead, the first bot is usually live within a week. If you don't, you won't hear from me again unless you email — no follow-up call after three weeks, no newsletter you never asked for.

What it would cost afterwards

So nothing catches you out later: the cheapest step is the voicemail bot at €79 per month with no start-up fee, the full AI receptionist with emergency triage costs €249 per month including three hundred call minutes, and a conversion website starts at €495 one-off plus €149 per month. Everything is cancellable monthly, every amount excludes VAT, and the complete list including sector extensions sits on the pricing page. I won't invent anything on top of that during the scan.

Questions about the scan

Is the scan really free?

No, and there is no fine print either: no intake fee, no bundle of hours, no obligation afterwards. I only earn something once you actually rent a product, and that only works if the advice in the scan is honest.

Is this a sales call?

It's an advice call where I'd also like to sell you something — which is a more honest description than "a no-obligation chat". But there is no slide deck, and no second call where the price finally appears. Every amount is already on the pricing page.

Who am I actually talking to?

Me, Nicolaas. There's no account manager in between and no call centre: whoever runs the scan also builds the bot afterwards. That skips the round where a salesperson promises something the tech can't deliver.

What if it turns out I don't need anything?

Then I'll say so. If a free Google form or a different setting in the software you already pay for solves it, you'll hear that — it's cheaper for you and it saves me a customer who cancels after two months.

Can I call or message first instead?

Yes. Phone and WhatsApp both work on the number at the bottom of this page. If you'd rather have it in writing first, use the contact form — then you get the answer back to read at your own pace.
