We build software, not slide decks
Surge Agent is not a marketing agency that 'also does AI'. We build software ourselves — we started in construction and installation, and now work across the whole SME market — and apply that same engineering muscle to automating businesses, at rental prices instead of project prices.
Why smaller businesses?
Because the pattern is the same everywhere. We started building software for construction and installation firms and saw it daily: the craft in order, the office work piling up. At a dental practice, a garage or a web shop it is the exact same story in different words — missed calls, quotes without follow-up, invoices nobody chases. Exactly the work an AI agent can reliably take over.
Everything built in-house
Forms, tracking, dashboards, integrations: we build them ourselves instead of stacking expensive subscriptions. That keeps monthly prices low and keeps us independent of other people's platforms. Only what you can't run yourself (telephony, the voice engine, WhatsApp Business API) we buy from proven providers.
Honest about what AI can do
We only sell what works reliably today: reading documents, turning speech into structured data, holding conversations within clear boundaries. Having AI judge free-form photos ('what would this cost?') is something we deliberately don't do, and neither is an agent that assesses medical complaints. It's not good enough yet, and we don't sell things that don't work.
Part of Van Borg Agency
Surge Agent is a trade name of Van Borg Agency, the business that also houses our other software projects. Registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce on 29 July 2026 under number 42125845, based at Kieler Bocht 104 in Veendam. The name is new, the work isn't: the people behind it have been building software for years, which is exactly why everything we rent out is built in-house. Service area: the Netherlands and Flanders. Agents are built and managed remotely, so your location doesn't matter.

From Groningen to Limburg and from Antwerp to West Flanders: the agents run anywhere, because everything is built, connected and managed remotely.
