Why the FAQ chatbot doesn't guess
The FAQ chatbot runs on RAG: retrieval-augmented generation. In plain terms: it looks the answer up first, in a knowledge base we train on your business — rates, service area, warranty, opening hours — and only then writes a reply. If it isn't in there, it invents nothing and hands the conversation to you. That difference is why you'd dare put it on your own site.

Does this work on my existing website?
Yes. The agents are placed on any existing website with one small script: WordPress, Wix, custom, doesn't matter. So you don't need to buy a new site. Want WhatsApp or Facebook too? An extra channel is €25 per month.
What does an agent know about my business?
The agent is loaded with your services, rates, service area and frequently asked questions. It answers questions, handles intake and books appointments, and when in doubt it hands the conversation to you instead of guessing. Every month we review it and make it smarter.
Does the AI also estimate the price from the photos?
No, deliberately not. Today's AI isn't reliable enough to judge free-form photos, and we don't sell anything that doesn't work. The lead agent collects and structures the media perfectly. The estimate stays with you.
